Investment and business development.
Alafina Capital, Ileana Foods, Zidara Group, and Pro Business International / SKYA Moldova.
Alafina Capital
Alafina Capital is the investment company I founded. In Moldova, I work with local partners to evaluate opportunities, develop companies, and guide their commercial strategy.
My responsibilities include investment decisions, strategic planning, negotiations, and oversight. I stay involved after the initial investment, working with our teams as the business develops.
Ileana Foods
Ileana Foods is a food-manufacturing business we are developing in Chișinău. Its initial focus is frozen pelmeni and colțunași, filled dumplings with an established place at the Moldovan table.
My role centers on strategy and commercial development, in close coordination with the local production team. Our aim is a product people choose again: thoughtfully selected ingredients, well-developed recipes, and quality they can count on.
Zidara Group
I own Zidara Group, a Chișinău real-estate company involved in property acquisition, renovation, construction, and sales. I am involved in both investment decisions and project development.
Properties are available for sale. Our team can provide current availability and discuss the details of a property that interests you.
SKYA Moldova
Pro Business International SRLAs a co-owner and investor in Pro Business International SRL, I am involved in developing SKYA’s presence in Moldova. The company is the brand’s exclusive distributor in the country.
Its skincare products reach customers through pharmacies and online sales. Felicia is among the pharmacy networks carrying the brand; Nova Post handles deliveries across Moldova.
Among the pharmacy chains carrying SKYA.
Deliveries to customers across Moldova.
Earlier technology ventures
in Chișinău.
Aroundwire and Force Wind were earlier chapters of my work with technology teams in Chișinău. The experience and relationships built through those projects continue to inform my work today.
